Let’s Work Together.

What You Can Expect

  • Fitness is about where you’re going, not where you are. No matter your current level of physical activity, or even if you’re injured, we will find movements and intensities that facilitate your body!

  • Everyone is different. That’s where experience comes in. Whether your goal is to deadlift 400 pounds or walk up the stairs without knee pain, your program will be customized to your specific objectives.

  • If you’re not progressing, you’re stagnant. My job is to effectively challenge you enough to always move your health forward. It may seem hard at times, but that’s part of achieving your fitness goals.

  • Once again, my belief is that fitness is more fun and effective with a community around you. Beyond my education and experience, which will always be available to you, I hope to build a great relationship working together.

Working together in an individual setting is the best way to achieve your health goals! Personal training is where my experience and education have the opportunity to be fully applied to a program. We’ll address your individual imbalances and movement habits, and assert effort only on things that lead us to your specific objectives.

If you want to achieve your goals as efficiently as possible, there’s no substitute for individual personal training. Please reach out if you’re ready to seriously pursue your fitness!

Personal Training

  • Ten Sessions - $100/session

    Twenty Sessions - $90/session

  • How long are sessions?

    • 60 minutes

    How often should I train?

    • My goal is to see my clients twice per week. In my experience, that is the sweet spot for maximizing coaching outcomes. Of course the more we work together, the quicker we’ll achieve your goals so it’s not uncommon to train 3-4x/week. At a minimum, I require a once a week commitment. In my career, I’ve learned that any less is not adequate to honestly affect your life.

What if I don't live in Colorado?

    • I’ve worked with clients in San Diego, the Bay Area, Montana, Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, all over Colorado and even Canada! It’s the 21st century and I’m very thankful for that. If you’re ready to train together, we don’t need to live in the same place. Technology bridges the gap. My gym is equipped with a TV for me to see you, and a webcam for you to learn from me. As long as you have the equipment we need, I can provide the exact same coaching I would face to face. Don’t let distance be an excuse, let’s get started!

You know what can make exercise a lot more fun? Killing it with your friends! Working together in a group is a fantastic way to stay accountable, enjoy fitness more, and keep training economical.

I have trained group exercise since my undergraduate days. It’s a fantastic fitness modality and an incredibly fun workout to lead. Over the years, I’ve learned to maximize my coaching within a group setting to ensure clients get as close to one-on-one instruction as possible!

Group Training

  • Two Person Session - $140

    Three Person Session - $180

    Four Person Session - $200

  • What’s the difference between Group Training and Classes?

    • Group Training is specific to the people in that group. You choose the people in your group, the programming is more targeted and you schedule the session time. Typically, these sessions are a group of friends that want to accomplish health together while also making training more financially feasible.

How does our Group get started?

    • Simply have a person in your group reach out, and we’ll discuss what works best. Some groups will start all together, and others will start with individual assessments. It totally depends on your situation.

For trainers, gyms and clients alike, COVID threw us all for a loop. For me, it turned into a “when life gives you lemons” situation. In response to gym closures, I began transporting equipment to train clients in their homes, and that was one of my greatest silver linings of the pandemic. It’s amazing how effective training can be with only a few weights (supplied by me) and a little open space (supplied by you).

If you live in the Mead area and prefer to exercise from the comfort of your own home, please reach out! I’d love to come support you.

In-Home Training

  • Ten Sessions - $120/session

    Twenty Sessions - $110/session

  • What equipment do I need?

    • Every client’s equipment needs will vary depending on their goals and experience. Typically, a few free weights and bands are enough, but we’ll discuss what is best for your situation and evolve our exercise selection as you progress.

Can my family do group training at our home?

    • Many of my In-Home clients are couples, families, etc. that want to train together. The more the merrier! Group Training rates apply for In-Home Training as well.

Group Classes

Group Classes are an excellent way to build community around your health, have more fun exercising, and keep the cost of professional-lead training down. As opposed to Crossfit, Les Mills, or other high intensity modalities, you’ll receive coaching to ensure you’re moving optimally to avoid injury. If you’re interested in Group Classes, please reach out to learn about the onboarding process!

  • Ten Classes - $400

  • What is the “Onboarding Process”?

    • The biggest problem with the way Group Gyms operate is a lack of onboarding. You need to understand how to exercise safely before you can jump into high intensity fitness, otherwise you’re going to get hurt. As a professional, I find it incredibly irresponsible to throw clients into a workout without them know how to stay safe.

Before starting classes, I require a base of movement education. Depending on the situation, we’ll either accomplish that with one-on-one sessions or in a group if other new clients.

How many people are in class?

    • Classes are 3-6 people.

    How long are classes?

    • 50 minutes.

What is there are less than three people?

    • I reserve the right to cancel class if less than three clients schedule. However, I love what I do and often will coach anyways. Regardless, I will confirm or cancel classes well in advance of you showing up.

What kind of class is it?

    • Group Classes are programmed to improve your body’s physical capacity by combining resistance training, cardio, balance, corrective exercise and more. Expect to sweat and move the entire workout.

    Are Group Classes for me?

    • Yes, these classes are for everyone. Regardless of your experience, training status, injury history, etc., we will get you through an effective workout!
