What you can expect
Safe & scaled versions of every exercise
Fitness is about where you're going, not where you are. No matter your current level of physical activity, or even if you're injured, we will find movements and intensities that work for your body!
Personal programming for your specific goals
Everyone is different. That's where experience comes in. Whether your goal is to deadlift 400 pounds or walk up the stairs without knee pain, your program will be customized to your specific objectives.
To be challenged… it's a good thing
If you're not progressing, you're stagnant. My job is to challenge you enough to always move your health forward. It may seem hard at times, but that's part of achieving your fitness goals.
A friend & resource in your fitness journey
Fitness is more fun and effective with a community around you. Beyond my education and experience, which will always be available to you, I hope to build a great relationship working together.

Training FAQ
How long are sessions?
60 minutes.
I'm out of shape or brand new to lifting. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Fitness is about where you're going, not where you are. No matter your current level of physical activity, every exercise and workout has a safe, scaled version, and we'll start right where you are today.
I'm injured or in pain. Can I still train?
Yes, and that's one of my specialties. The majority of pain is a symptom of imbalances or bad movement habits. Your assessment pinpoints what's driving it, and we'll find movements and intensities that work for your body while we fix it.
What happens at the free consultation and assessment?
We'll meet to get acquainted, discuss your goals, and how I can help you achieve them. From there we'll go through an assessment to discover any imbalances, pain triggers or movement dysfunctions you may have. Finally, we'll review everything and come up with a training plan going forward. You'll also leave with your UltiROLL mobility kit.
What should I wear for my consultation?
Workout clothes and shoes, just so you can move well during the assessment. Don't worry, you won't break a sweat.
How often should I train?
My goal is to see my clients twice per week. In my experience, that's the sweet spot for maximizing coaching outcomes. Of course, the more we work together, the quicker we'll achieve your goals, so it's not uncommon to train 3 to 4 times a week. At a minimum, I require a once-a-week commitment. In my career, I've learned that any less isn't enough to honestly affect your life.
How soon will I see results?
One of the most consistent things I hear from clients is around week three: "I feel a lot better." More energy, fewer aches. That's usually how long it takes to feel it. Real changes in body composition take about three months of consistent work.
Do you help with nutrition?
Yes. Training is only part of the equation. We'll talk through the habits that actually move the needle, like protein, whole foods and hydration. When it helps, I'll set calorie and macro targets and check in on them with you.
Can I try a single session first?
Your consultation and assessment are free, so you'll know exactly how we'll work together before you commit. From there, training is done in 10 or 20 session packages. Consistency is what gets results, and packages keep us both accountable.
Do you offer virtual training?
Yes. My studio is set up with a TV so I can see you and a webcam so you can learn from me. As long as you have the equipment your program needs, I can provide the same coaching I would face to face. I've trained clients all over Colorado, California, Montana, Pennsylvania and even Canada. Don't let distance be an excuse!
Will anyone else be in the studio during my session?
Nope. 1:1 sessions are just you and me. No crowds, no waiting on equipment, no one watching.
What ages do you work with?
All of them! I've trained clients from 5 to 87 years old. Whatever your age, we'll find the right movements and intensity for your body.
What's the difference between group training and classes?
Group training is specific to the people in that group. You choose the people in your group, the programming is more targeted, and you schedule the session time. Typically, these sessions are a group of friends who want to accomplish health together while making training more financially feasible.
How does our group get started?
Simply have one person in your group reach out, and we'll discuss what works best. Some groups start all together, and others start with individual assessments. It totally depends on your situation.
What equipment do I need for in-home training?
Every client's equipment needs vary depending on their goals and experience. Typically, a few free weights and bands are enough. We'll discuss what's best for your situation and evolve our exercise selection as you progress.
Can my family do group training at our home?
Many of my in-home clients are couples and families who want to train together. The more the merrier! Group training rates apply for in-home training as well.
